This is an exceptional business full of great coaches and members. I joined Axistence in January 2020, which meant I had just a few "normal" months before COVID restrictions set in. I joined with a lot of running experience but little formal strength training. From the first day, Ryan, Dan, and the other coaches made every effort to provide me with detailed, useful feedback to improve. As a result, I've made huge strides in my form and movement, allowing me to progress more quickly than I'd expected. I was also impressed with how hard the Axistence team worked to accommodate various needs during COVID restrictions; it was a good window into how much thought and intention they put in to create tailored programming that helps everyone meet his/her/their individual goals. Lastly, I'll note that the other members have been a great source of community, support, and humor when there wasn't much of those things going around! Kudos, y'all.
Axistence Athletics is a great gym with a fantastic community of people that are living an active existence. Small group training gives you the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Dan, Ryan and Garret are knowledgeable and experienced coaches that put a lot of thought and effort into designing a training program that will help you in whatever activities you enjoy outside the gym. Skiing, hiking, climbing, running, walking, yard work, playing with the kids, power shopping, whatever it is you like to do, you'll enjoy it more after training here.
In 2020 the gym went virtual, allowing members to check out weights for use in home workouts. We're back to in person with masks (it's harder, so you're getting stronger!) and still on Zoom for the members that need to be extra careful.
I have been part of the Axistence community for almost 2 years and it has been the BEST match for my fitness goals. The coaches have extensive training that puts their credentials and ability to help their clients way beyond the typically gym trainer. This community is full of real people, with real jobs, and real ambition - no meat heads and no body shaming. Their philosophy is all about getting your body in the best shape for an adventurous life AND for your individual health goals.
I’ve been a member for about a month and I am really enjoying it so far. Great coaches, a focus on form and safety over more reps, and a great group of down to earth people to wrk out with.
Cant say enough awesome things about this gym. Been a member for almost 5 years now. Great crew for whatever adventure in Colorado you are for. Amazing community that has really become family. As well as Awesome coaches who are great about building knowledge and educating you.
