“Talon and his team came out to fix our sagging glass door which I assumed would be a simple fix. Turns out it wasn’t because whoever installed the shower did not anchor the top frame to the wall but instead just held it all up with silicone. Talon figured this out right away, I really appreciated how much the terrible install job bothered him, that’s when you know you have the right person for the install. Now the shower glass is anchored to the wall and I don’t expect to have issues with it after Talon fixed it. I felt the pricing was fair for the skilled labor that was needed for the job.”

Small group training gives you the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Dan, Ryan and Garret are knowledgeable and experienced coaches that put a lot of thought and effort into designing a training program that will help you in whatever activities you enjoy outside the gym. Skiing, hiking, climbing, running, walking, yard work, playing with the kids, power shopping, whatever it is you like to do, you'll enjoy it more after training here. In 2020 the gym went virtual, allowing members to check out weights for use in home workouts. We're back to in person with masks (it's harder, so you're getting stronger!) and still on Zoom for the members that need to be extra careful.”

“I am a 44 year old female who has had multiple hip replacement surgeries. My first hip replacement was at the age of 33.
