  After a long day of traveling and having my reservation screwed up across the street (Marriot), holiday inn was able to accommodate me last minute AND had the friendliest front desk staff. They answered all my questions and even worked to get me the best deal on my room. Tower bar and grill is attached if you want an easy bite and the food was delicious. The rooms are spacious and the bed/room is comfortable. I will be staying here more just because of my pleasant experience with the staff.

  Super super helpful staff! Nice and clean. It's easy to get to and if you need a lift to the airport they're willing to help with a free shuttle. Breakfast is great, too. Have been to many hotels around the US and it's one of the best we've been to. Only problem was that the TV didnt have many channels that worked, and when you're killing time before heading to the airport you may like to watch something. Other than that, it was a great stay.

  We flew in with our two young kids for a ski trip in Breckenridge and got stranded here overnight due to the weather (9° and snowing). We were exhausted, cold and just wanted the day behind us. The service at this place was phenomenal! Austin P. was warm, friendly, accommodating and really went above and beyond for us during our brief stay. Highly recommend!

  I'm always happy to stay at this hotel but once in awhile you find that they're short-staffed. One young gentleman by the name of Austin was holding it down in the reception area by himself which made for a slower check in but he was courteous none-the-less to the number people he was serving at once. And then we didn't get to wake up calls which is important when you have people going to the airport. Other than that the breakfast is always plentiful. The rooms are always comfortable and you're pretty much guaranteed a good night sleep.
