“Best free breakfast we've had when staying at hotels. Pet friendly with a steep nonrefundable pet fee, I didn't like how I couldn't find any pet policies or pricing online. Big indoor pool but didn't see a hot tub??? Thin walls, I could hear the neighboring rooms and ppl above clearly during the night and didn't get any sleep. The pull out couch didn't have any sheets and had to ask the front desk. Employees are friendly and professional.”

Otherwise, the gas prices were a bit high relative to others (though such is the norm for Exxon/Mobil stores, in my experience). “The Ramada by Wyndham was very nice. Not real fancy, but clean. The service was very good and there are nearly round the clock airport shuttles. The hot tub is wonderful and is open 24 hours. Great right before bed. There are many eating places close to the hotel.”

“The room was a very clean and spacious, studio apartment style space. The beds were very comfortable and the space was helpful for extra luggage. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel also offered a small shop to purchase candy /snacks, free toiletries if you forgot yours, and free shuttle service to/from the airport. It was a bit confusing to find this hotel due to it sharing a building, lobby, reception, etc. with another hotel. The evening receptionist who checked us in was not attentive or very friendly; she failed to provide many details up front (i.e. payment procedure, etc.), so we had to ask her several questions throughout the evening to get the information we needed.”

“The room was very clean and felt spacious, bed was very comfortable, and the layout including the kitchenette was well thought out and executed. After using the shower however, the bathroom had an odor to it as if something related to the drain. The hot and cold water was also backwards in my shower, but that's easy to overcome. The indoor pool was decent sized, but no spa/ hot tub. We ended up not using the pool because it was too cold, an ability to just sit in a spa would have been very nice.”

“We flew in with our two young kids for a ski trip in Breckenridge and got stranded here overnight due to the weather (9° and snowing). We were exhausted, cold and just wanted the day behind us. My experience with Subway, Jimmy John's and even the short-lived (yet amazing) Lenny's were always mediocre. I've been a huge fan of Jersey Mike's for some time and this location is no exception. “Rooms are a bit out-dated but not bad for a 3 star hotel. Fair priced. Customer service on the other hand, depends on the time of day and weather, I guess. The check-in girl, Amanda, clearly did not like her job and seemed a bit bothered when we were checking in. No eye contact, very short answers, maybe 10 words through the entire process. When we requested the shuttle for the next morning, she stated "It's full" and left it at that. Luckily my wife called down later, to inquire about the shuttle service again, and a totally different clerk had began her shift. Linda is what hospitality is about. She apologized for our gripes, even had us smiling from ear to ear as we finally went to bed. THIS clerk took the time to inform us how the shuttle service ran, borrowed and booked us seats from neighboring hotels for the next morning and was adamant that we came down 20 minutes early so we could enjoy breakfast before we departed. At check-out, Ruby and the breakfast lady were a welcoming start to our day. We would definitely stay again.”

“This restaurant was our first meal in Denver. Super convenient because it’s attached to our hotel, and great hours of operation. Came in at 10:15am but waited for lunch at 10:30 and had a couple beers while we waited and it was worth it. Crispy Brussels sprouts are super flavorful (a little kick but not unbearable). We had the Ribeye and Mac n cheese and both were great. Mark was a super cool server even on his first day out of training. I definitely recommend this place for a nice bite or brew.”
