“Chose Compass for our move from Evergreen, CO to Jacksonville OR. Compass rep Jeff arrived promptly, assessed our belongings very accurately and quickly. Compass packing crew was fast and efficient, bunch of young ladies and one man. Moving crew was strong, fast excellent. Peg at main office in Denver was on top of everything, knew her crew, the North American Van Line driver, and stayed in touch. Driver had a mechanical delaying him 2 days in Wyoming, but stayed in text message contact with us and arrived early. His local unloading crew in Jacksonville was also excellent. I tipped all these people liberally. They worked hard and knew their jobs well. Additionally all were delightful to work with, alongside helping. Moving weight was less than estimate and North American refunded about $1,400.”

“The experience was good on the whole. I wrote a 5-star review earlier at pickup about 3 weeks ago, and now this is after delivery. The movers for delivery, Zack and Brian, did a great job, very accommodating to my wants and needs, very professional, and no damage that I have noticed. The only issue I have is that once the storage period I had used was over and it was time for delivery, we were told we'd have 24-48 hours of notice for the delivery, but that was not the case; we got a call 1.5 hours before delivery saying they were on their way, so schedules had to be rearranged slightly on short notice, but that's on customer service, not the fault of the movers themselves. Other than that, no major issues, well done.”
