“I started lodestone with the 6 week challenge (includes nutritional plans/guidelines, as well as strength training 3x a week). I’m not one that loves exercising and have tried a lot of different types of cardio and strength training classes. I was having trouble being motivated to exercise and maintain good nutrition. I have really enjoyed my sessions at lodestone. They give you as much or as little guidance you want/need, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Group classes are small (largest I’ve been to had about 8 of us). They can help adjust exercises when they’re too difficult or painful due to injuries or soreness. They encourage and push you to increase the difficulty when you need it (but not overly in your face, as I hate that). Within the six weeks, I’ve met my goal of losing my muffin top and being able to button my jeans again (it’s the little things, right). I’ve also improved my overall strength and tone. I would recommend lodestone to anyone, especially if you’re having a hard time getting back into exercising or feeling like you need a little push to become motivated about your health again (both applied to me)!”
