“Got my first massage here. Massage felt good. I was comfortable with the masseuse but she was randomly laughing during the massage. Really wasnt sure if she was laughing at me or something I did. Made me a little self conscious. Thought full body massage would include chest and front of legs but this one did not. Also was a little under an hour I believe. Overall a good experience but I have not got other massages to compare it to. If the masseuse reads this, did I do something to make you laugh?”

In spite of this, the staff here are friendly and helpful. They have a new pharmacist who seems as friendly as the previous pharmacist, who will be missed. “I have been examined by ophthalmologists for approximately 61 years. Dr Jacobs was my fourth opinion for cataract surgery. I stopped with him. He knew how to address my elongated eyes. I found five points of differences in his opinions to the former three doctors. He is beyond excellent. He carefully considered my eyes / profound myopia. He selected the proper lens & placed it perfectly which is the most important skill. My result is 20/20 far vision and multi focus sight. No need for contact lens or even reading glasses. “TUCC, Dr. Ben Carpenter & Dr. Mark Jones came to my rescue (June 2022) after an extended period of frustration while I was attempting to schedule urgent urology appointments through the UCHealth system. TUCC team members handled every call with professionalism and patience. My meetings with both doctors provided immediate attention to my issues and follow-up procedures were scheduled in a very timely fashion. The TUCC system allows for each procedure to be conducted in private medical suites, by trained nurses and doctors. The relaxing environment offered to patients at the Denver facility provides a huge advantage over "big university" type medical facilities. From the time I entered the Urology Center of Colorado I knew that I was in the right place. Everyone on the team was kind, caring and sensitive to my well being. Only 8 days ago I had a robotic prostatectomy - the 2.5 hour surgery went beautifully under the remarkable focus & skill of Dr. Mark Jones. The Swedish Medical Center robotic surgery team is incredibly talented - from the pre-op nursing group to the USAP anesthesiologist (Mark Fiegel), the Da Vinci robotic surgical group and finally the post-op team. I was relaxed and smiling as they wheeled me in and out of the unit. The overnight hospital stay was exactly as planned, impressive on all counts (nurses , assistants, doctors, support personnel). At home, I managed the minor pain with Tylenol and Aleve for only 4 days, then I was pain free. The follow-up post-op appointment with the PA, Caitlin Ellis (she is an absolute delight) was very helpful. As you can tell, I sincerely believe the care, concern, talent, attitude and professionalism exhibited throughout the TUCC family is stunningly impressive. They are doing their medical business the right way. If you need urology help, CALL THEM TODAY!”
