I love the intervals — great combo of cardio and weight training, how varied the exercises are and how you’re essentially in constant motion for the hour. The instructor was great at prompting and encouraging both groups (floor & treadmill). I get bored easily, so I found the fast pace & regular switching between exercises to be especially appealing. I will definitely Shred again!!”
