I personally contacted right way roofing through a contact I had made with Blake F., a salesman. Blake was very accommodating to my schedule and was eager to be able to help me determine if I was in need of a new roof. We agreed on a time and he arrived exactly on time, dressed nice and was very professional. Blake wasted no time and had is ladder set up and was on the roof checking and marking things out. After a thorough inspection Blake informed me that my roof had no problems and that I could rest easy knowing that everything was fine. What I appreciate more than anything is his honesty. Blake could have been dishonest and tried to make a buck, but he demonstrated good character by being honest. When the time comes for me to get a new roof, you had better bet that im calling Blake to come do the work!”

“I moved into Griffis Union Station apartments about six weeks ago. I love it here! It’s very dog friendly and people friendly. The apartments are well kept as well as the amenities. I have had three minor repairs needed in my apartment and the staff have arrived and fixed my issue within hours. The apartment staff go above and beyond to listen and be helpful. I like the convenience of being near the grocery store and restaurants. I feel very safe here and am very satisfied with my decision! If you need a place to call home; this is a great spot!”

“They made sure me and my wife both were present through the whole process. They did a free inspection with a detailed video/photos. They show us the video of our roof then sat down with us, and helped us file the claim. Once we signed the insurance authorization integrity handled the insurance all the way through and only brought what concerned us to our attention. A week before build we sat down and went over all the build details. Our expierence was great and our roof looks amazing”

“My boyfriend and I lived here for two years and loved our apartment. By far the most professional staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with and the grounds are immaculate. Absolutely no issues from our initial visit to the move out process. If my boyfriend and I remained in Denver, without question, would have signed another year. Pros - added security of entering building, then your apartment - two washer and dryers located at end of hall on each floor - spacious kitchen with functional appliances - quiet neighbors (95% of the time) - absurd amount of storage available (especially for a minimalist) - gorgeous pool view (for one side of the building) - packages delivered right to your door Cons - large parties on the weekend during summer months around pool area (until dusk generally), didn’t actually use pool and noise a bit excessive at times - cigarette smoking noticeable on the first floor (sometimes) As quite a few discussed the plumbing - I personally never found an issue with this. Maintenance was noted clearly with sufficient notice and typically handled during ‘normal’ business hours, 8a-5p. I’m more impressed the team continued regular maintenance rather than wait for a major issue to occur. Saying that though, I do remember a leaking incident on the first floor, but even this was handled quickly. Thank you Prescott for an excellent two years! You are now the standard by which I judge future apartments.”

“Lovely neighborhood vibe coffee shop with plenty of seating and great natural light serving up delicious espresso—A cortado is my litmus test on how they do with specialty drinks and they knocked it out of the park. Strong, smooth, and tasty. Baristas were friendly and struck up pleasant small talk, even passed me a compliment. Made you feel right at home and very welcome. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends, relax, study, do light work, or a mix of all previously mentioned. Only reason I might give it 4 stars is that Wi-Fi struggles a bit. If you’re looking to query large data sets, this ain’t the best computing power type of coffee shop.”
