“It's a warehouse for ingredients for professional brewing. An account is required and there is no store front. If you are going here you probably already know that, but if you're looking for a Homebrew shop, this is not that.”

“I've lived here for a few months now and absolutely love Stratford at Lowry. Kendra in the front office is absolutely amazing. Kind, full of personality, friendly and very accommodating. The maintenance team is quick to help out if anything should go wrong, even when off duty. These guys are the first ones up in the morning plowing the snow from the sidewalks, salting the area, and are very approachable if there are any concerns. The apartments themselves are great. High ceilings, skylights, and energy efficient. Love the dog park, and the kid friendly basketball courts. Price is very reasonable too. Overall, best apartment and working team I have encountered thus far. Thanks guys!”

“My daughter has been at this school since kindergarten, she is now in 5th grade. Our experience here has mostly been a pleasant one with few major issues of which were not without resolution. I've only had to enter into discussions with one teacher and one parent for separate incidents. One involved theft, the other bullying. They were both fairly mild issues compared to some of the other horror stories I've read about online. I teach my daughter to stand up for herself in EVERY situation that requires it, never to be afraid to speak out in the face of ANY injustice, be it in relation to her or others. And, most importantly, to seek needed resolution to problems by directly addressing the source. If and when that doesn't produce satisfactory results, enlist the help and attention of anyone (teachers, their assistants, administrators, other nearby adults or parents, etc.) with authority to impact the situation at hand. Then, if that hasn't affected things properly, she comes to me, because it must be an important issue needing immediate attention, and after assessing the info will take whatever steps necessary to sort things out. As for another thief, I told my daughter to tell the kid, who she knew took her stuff, to give it back or I talk to their parents about it. Got it back the next day. She actually handled the bullying on her own by speaking to the bully loudly enough so that everyone around heard. They became friends and I spoke briefly to her parent anyway. My point is that I'm teaching my daughter to take charge with respect to any transgression and I will intervene only when her attempt has failed, with all confidence that I will not. With that being said, she has had great teachers with the exception of one and a decent learning experience. From what I hear, no one really likes the new principal but the reasons may be fairly superficial. I'm not sure what measures he's taken against bullying but that could be a part of it. Some other parents have expressed concern over bullying issues in the past but I don't know of any events that would be considered abnormal in most schools. Overall, this is a good school, with teachers that care, and a fair amount of cultural diversity, although I do seem to notice a kind of separatist behavior, between students and parents alike, that isn't particularly appeasing but may be quite natural -birds of a feather, they say.”

“I've been to several chiropractors around the Denver area. This is my favorite by far. Such a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Fast adjustment. No upselling or trying to get you to come to weird salesy meetings in the evenings. Easy billing. Love it love it.”

“I am very impressed by the guys helping me pack and move for a an interior design client. Vince, Matt, Adrian, John, Julio were each very polite, kind and hardworking. They took great care of my clients furnishings and finished in a timely manner. When I was thinking about the moving company I needed to use for this high end client, I remembered that this company had guys that ran from the house to the truck for an unload at a family members move. I wanted to have this high level of excellence for this client. I recommend them highly.”
