“The KoruCenter changed my life. Everyone there is extremely kind and understanding. When I first started, they showed us what we were going to do for that week, and I didn't believe that I could do that much exercise in one day. Although day after day I would prove myself wrong. The coaches are very well trained, and are extremely knowledgeable in exercise. We also had the privilege to work with a nutritionist and a psychologist. They addressed the food, and the emotional side of why we had gained weight. Unlike other weight loss camps, this one focuses on the individual. They truly seem to care for you and want you to succeed. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to become a better fitter person. ”

“Really lovely customer service. These folks were super responsive when I was having a quote done for a kiln. Ended up not moving forward with the kiln purchase but will definitely be buying supplies from these guys because they were so great.”

“I did a lot of research online and a lot of tours to find a rehab center that would be a great fit for my mom who is on Medicare/Medicaid and needed wound care. I initially surpassed this place because it didn’t have much reviews or ratings because the facility is so new. This place was very nice; from talking to the liaison, Chris, to the tour that was given by Wendy. The Centre at Lowry is a beautiful facility; it is very light, very clean, and has a hotel feel to it so the patients won’t feel they are in a rehab/hospital. Each room has its own private bathroom and a window with a nice view. The rehab gym is amazing. It is very large with an area where the patients can learn to work around home again; learning to get in and out of bed, cooking, etc. I love how the doors lock after 8pm, for safety reasons. You can still visit loved ones 24/7, you just have to be buzzed in by the nurses station after hours. They also offer dialysis transportation for patients! With all that said, the downside of The Centre at Lowry; the food wasn’t very good and, although the staff was very friendly, there seemed to be some sort of discord amongst themselves. My mom was almost given the same medications sooner than scheduled a few times. Thank goodness my mom pays attention. Again, staff was very nice, but you can tell staff was unhappy with how things operated.”

“Susan is a wonderful practitioner and teacher! She was treating me, personally, a few years back and I had great success with Ayurveda which lead me to start training as a practitioner myself. She recently taught the portion in my training for Yoga Therapeutics and Principles and it was probably one of my favorite classes. She provided wonderful information relating the practices of Ayurveda and Yoga and how to utilize these skills when treating ourselves and others. I look forward to working with her again!”

“Very good neighborhood Italian restaurant. The menu is interesting and the fettuccine with sausage and mushrooms was excellent. The pasta was made in house and cooked perfectly. Small dessert selection. The limoncello was commercial, but there will be housemate in a couple of weeks. Service was a little slow but only because there was one waiter and 30 customers. Friendly and helpful otherwise.”

“Second best fish & chips I've ever had. That is meant as a compliment - - the first was made with wild Alaskan salmon. I've lived near the ocean all my life; Hawaii, New England, California, and I worked in Seattle for a while. I know my seafood, and the Alaskan halibut was done to perfection. The "chips" (French fries) were excellent. A decent wine list is provided too, which was much appreciated, since I live in the heart of Wine Country. The place is popular and noisy, but they don't present the place as anything more than a bar. Clean, modern design, ample seating at the huge, centrally located bar or the many tables inside and outdoors as well. In addition to the wine list, the bar is impressively stocked, and the beer list offers everything from imports to locally brewed craft beers. The usual appetizers and pub grub seemed to more than please the customers around me. The other dish I tried, their Voodoo pasta, is good too, but unless you have decades of experience with the most spicy of foods, proceed with caution. This one gets a "four Cajuns" heat rating.”
