Without going in to details about what happened with my account, I had a manager Gabriel go over above and beyond for me. I have NEVER in my 38 years had such a young manager exceed my expectations. It wasn’t even about refunding me. He listened to me explain everything. Talked with another manager and the associate. He stayed on the phone with me trying to figure the situation out. Promised to call me back (this happens a lot and I don’t get a return call) and he did. I was worried about him getting off work and his response was, “don’t worry about me, I want to make sure you’re happy and take care of you.” He did not get frustrated with me or even come across annoyed at all. I was frustrated but never mad at him. For his outstanding customer service in this day and age I am taken back and can’t stop thinking about how awesome he is! I will only shop at this Old Navy as long as he is there.”
