(December 23, 2019, 12:45 pm)I admit I was a skeptic, but I had two frozen shoulders and the Orthopedic guy said i needed surgery so I tried Dr. Noel as a last resort prior to scheduling the surgery. He warned me that in the beginning it would ache a bit more than before the treatments and it did, but the results have been excellent. I have gained back most of the rotational motion in my shoulders and am back to golfing and sleeping without pain.
