“Okay so here’s the thing, I have been through at least 10 different PT’s after a car wreck and every single one of them didn’t listen to me when their treatment caused more pain. One even told me “you don’t have thoracic outlet syndrome” and then proceeded to prescribe exercises that exacerbated my very real thoracic outlet syndrome. If you need a gifted PT, ALL of these people possess their PHd in PT. I had no hope before coming here and I was doubting myself in the face of other PT clinics disregard for my suffering and feedback. To the others who the office did not call, they do not call me either. I just got a new prescription for PT and called them myself, do NOT use option 2 for new patients. Use option 1 so you get to a human being that can escalate this for you. I recommend them every single chance I get because I know there are others who are suffering at the hands of incompetent PT’s. Good luck and don’t give up! ”

I have been going here for about 3 yrs. I had lens replacement surgery performed by Dr Grin. Dr Grin did an excellent job with my surgery. She is very soft spoken and thorough but her schedule seems to be very over booked in the office as I waited over 1 1/2 hours to see her for post-op.”

Dr. Sdrulla ended up doing several different procedures, taking out a significant portion from my sinus cavities. The recovery was pretty easy - no bruising or any other outward indication that I had surgery. I had to wear splints for a week, but the discomfort with minimal. Once the splints came out, it felt like air conditioning has been installed in my head. Wonderful! I also appreciated that Dr. Sdrulla’s assistant would spray my nasal cavities with numbing lidocaine before doing anything - taking out the splints, cleaning out my sinuses, or viewing the surgery results.”
