“I have a package of souvenirs from Iceland but the souvenirs shop missed spelled my address so the package was not deliverable. I went to a couple of post offices and one person told me to talk to the supervisor Kris at this location if anyone can find a package it will be her! I went in and spoke to Kris this morning, she took down the info and looked into it and let me know that they don't have the package in her facility but will contact me if it surfaces. I went home and got a call from Kris and letting me know she spoke to the carrier and still cannot locate my package but gave me suggestion to put in a package interception request, even though unfortunately it only works for domestic shipment and not mine but Kris was so helpful and patience and really take my request seriously and want to locate my package for me. If anyone who lives in DTLA and need to look for something, please contact Kris at this USPS office. She is golden!”

“I am so glad the people in Castle Pines have this location as an option for for USPS services. The staff here are so friendly and efficient. Even when there are lines (around the holidays), the lines move quickly. Given the choice, I would pick this location over the Lone Tree P.O. every time. The times I have stopped at the Lone Tree location, I am made to feel like I’m a nuisance or an idiot. I appreciate the customer service and care provided by the Castle Pines postal staff. I highly recommend them!”
