“Okay so here’s the thing, I have been through at least 10 different PT’s after a car wreck and every single one of them didn’t listen to me when their treatment caused more pain. One even told me “you don’t have thoracic outlet syndrome” and then proceeded to prescribe exercises that exacerbated my very real thoracic outlet syndrome. If you need a gifted PT, ALL of these people possess their PHd in PT. I had no hope before coming here and I was doubting myself in the face of other PT clinics disregard for my suffering and feedback. To the others who the office did not call, they do not call me either. I just got a new prescription for PT and called them myself, do NOT use option 2 for new patients. Use option 1 so you get to a human being that can escalate this for you. I recommend them every single chance I get because I know there are others who are suffering at the hands of incompetent PT’s. Good luck and don’t give up! ”

“My 5 year old twins have been taking classes for almost a year. It took a little while to adapt, but they love Krav day now. More importantly, today, my husband watched one of my boys get ganged up on at school by 4 kids. At least one was a few years older than him. He made sure that even his father over 200 feet away heard him tell them to get away. When they did not back down, he took one swing and then ran away. He did exactly what he was taught to do. 5 minutes later, they were all playing nicely with each other.”

“We have bought 4 trees from them. The trees are so healthy and thriving in our yard. The staff at Pine Lane Nursery was so friendly and helpful every time we were there and gave detailed instructions on planting! We bought trees to plant in honor our children the year they were born, we take yearly pictures with them. When we went to buy a tree for our son, I was sure I’d be getting an oak. But the man who helped us convinced me to get a Cleveland Pear. I’m so glad he did! it has gorgeous fall foliage AND blooms in the spring! I had never heard of Thai tree before and we just love it! We’ll be back for more trees!!”

I've been cleaned up by grown men, advertising themselves as barbers who "don't do beards". Enough was enough. Made an appointment here and the job was done RIGHT. Loved the antique barber kit on the wall... it told me this guy was old school. When you're looking for a proper cut and beard trim, those two words are music to your face and head.
