“I don't write a lot of reviews but I felt it was necessary to tell others about our experience with the nurse practitioner Patty that works at this location in the medical clinic. Three of my kids became very ill over the weekend. I was nervous to take them anywhere other than our regular doctor's office, but I was desperate to have them seen as soon as possible. On a Sunday afternoon (of all days!), Patty was able to quickly see all three kids, diagnose them and send off for prescriptions that we were able to get filled right away. She was friendly, efficient and very professional. She didn't make us wait long and she made my kids feel comfortable. I was very relieved and so thankful she was able to provide us with the help she did! And to make matters even better...she even called us a few days later to follow up and see how the kids were feeling! Thank you Patty! We appreciate you! I would certainly recommend her to anyone!”

Once licensed I realized that I received a much more in depth and a higher quality education than many of my peers who attended other schools. I decided to go back to school in 2018 for the barbering endorsement so that I will have dual licenses and be able to offer my clients more variety of the high quality services that they receive from me. I am so happy to be an Alumni twice over, and enjoy going back to visit the school. “This was my first time with Kaiser and I was a bit unsure about my visit due to things I had heard. To my surprise the front desk was very friendly and the check in process very easy. I got in right at my scheduled time and my doctor was thorough and made me feel like I had been seeing him for years. “Dr. Hall is an extremely patient and kind Doctor. She carefully listens to my many issues and never seems to think I’m a hypercondriac. She has done her research on rare diseases like CMT1A which is what I have. It doesn’t just effect my distal areas. I was first informed that CMT1A would effect basically my feet and hands. Today, she listened to me as I described how my throat muscles seem to be tightened and I am having trouble with eating and drinking. I am occasionally upchucking after eating or drinking. I need to relax and use an inhaler when I’m stuffed up. It’s an embarrassing problem, but she makes me feel comfortable enough to talk about these serious problems! I told her it’s probably from eating too much of the caramel I made. She jumped right in to give me her recipe for fudge! I love a Doctor who is down to earth and not judgemental. I have enough to deal with. I just cannot say enough about Dr. Hall. I have had her as my Doctor for about 20 years, I think! She makes sure I leave her office feeling like we covered everything. That in itself if what everyone needs in their Doctor. I have had Doctors who say things like, ‘CMT1A does not cause pain. I want to somehow put a hex on them so they feel what I endure constantly! If a Doctor reacts that way to me, I don’t come back. I need a Doctor who listens and checks out what I suggest as a possible help for my symptoms. I’m the one who lives in this body! I believe that might be first hand information! Dr. Hall has always done this. I think she saved my life once because of her care. I had a DVT that was quite serious. She responded to my email within minutes and scheduled me for an appointment. I believe it was on its way to my lungs. Thank God for Dr. Hall’s ability to listen and react! I have complete trust in Dr. Hall!”
