This is a large and somewhat challenging hike that isn’t too crazy. To put it into perspective, I did this when I was in middle school with my classmates and teachers. The hike ends at a park if you take the right paths which is perfect for having a picnic with your family or simply taking a quick break before returning to the trailhead. I’d highly recommend this spot for people of all skill levels as it is a beautiful hike that is clearly marked and short enough to still enjoy for the less experienced hikers.
A wonderful park with so many options for trails and great for photos too! Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere even though you're in the middle of the city!
Hike was great. Lots of variety for a flatlander, not too crowded or not too many bikes. Signage and trail names could b improved.
No qualms here, a small parking lot but you can park at the school that is just down the road if it is full. There is a porta potty as well so that is nice
This parking lot is very small, as a local that is a good thing (but heads up to newbies). There are other areas to park and I'd rather have trails than parking. The new trails to the South are awesome! Thank you to everyone who put in the time and energy to keep this park growing and fun!
