Courtesy Automotive did an awesome job on my car! I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Courtesy Automotive put a high performance clutch and downpipes on my BMW 335i that I'm beginning to build up. I had a hard time finding a shop willing to do the work, but Courtesy was willing and did a great job! Big thumbs up to Courtesy for stepping up where other shops wouldn't!

I recently went to have my battery tested and ended up getting a new one. It went very smoothly, the price was extremely competitive and the work took less time than expected. Because of my experience, I sent my mother in and she was treated like gold. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Courtesy Automotive Service Center.

Friendly, Courteous staff. Had an appointment for an oil change. Dropped the truck off the day before and they finished the work by the next morning.

The only reason I didn't give my review 5 stars is because I waited over an and a half for my headlight harness to get in after being told I would only be waiting about an hour for the work to be completed. They did however make it right. I was compensated and given a nice discount after all. This was fair and they were courteous and apologized after the inconvenience. I would like to suggest though that in the future, if you know you will need to wait for a part, have it in before making your customer wait longer than necessary for their vehicle to be repaired. This will save both you money and the customers time especially if you know the customer is willing to wait in your waiting area. It doesn't automatically mean they have all day to wait just because they opt to. If you know they will be waiting in office, make sure you will have the part needed or just make sure to have it in advance. Maybe ask the customer right off if they would be waiting there or leaving before they come in for their appointments for vehicle maintenance. Although I'm glad I saved money due to this inconvenience, my time is important to me. I hope you will take my suggestion into consideration. I have otherwise received great service from this location. Thanks again!
