  I stay to myself, didn't like some of the other guys that owned. But Mike Putnam is an all right guy.

  Great place, I have lived here about 3 years now. If I need something or even have a plumbing issue the owner is quick to help you out. Very friendly community, the owner and maintenance people are great guys. They will even go so far as to give me rides into Colorado springs when I am in a pinch. I can't say enough good things about Big Pines.

  This place is set back into the trees. It is very beautiful. The people that live here are hard working, honest, caring people. It it's not a dump it is simply just a mom and pop business with a very caring owner.
