“My little dog broke her leg and Tender Care was amazing from the second I called! The ER department was very busy, but they took the best care of her. Got her pain meds immediately and were so efficient and gentle. Dr. Hoffman, Crystal, and David were wonderful with her. She got lots of cuddles before and after surgery. The board certified surgeon did a wonderful job with the fracture repair. We've got a long road to recovery, but I know she's in the best hands! Thank you all so much!”

“I just want to thank Dr. Harris, Dr. Graf and the entire staff for taking AMAZING care of our beloved, 10-year-old golden retriever, Molly, last week. We couldn't get her into Dr. Graf's office for a regular appointment until later this month but her symptoms escalated so we took her in to an emergency vet. She was diagnosed with a deadly condition and needed surgery right away. The office we were at quoted an extremely high amount for the surgical procedure. We called Dr. Graf's office, explaining Molly's condition and asking if they could possibly get her in instead. They worked her in same day and charged us LITERALLY HALF of what we were quoted at the emergency vet. We have 4 goldens, three of whom are seniors and one of whom is currently undergoing very expensive specialty vet care - so vet bills can add up quickly at our house. Not only did they take EXCELLENT care of our senior girl, they did it at a very affordable price point which, for some families could be the difference between the animal getting the care or being put down. We would have paid anything to save her but I appreciate the fact that their focus was on saving our baby girl instead of maximizing profit in an emergency situation. They showed immense compassion for a very sick animal and an extremely concerned family. They communicated well with us throughout the whole procedure and into the next day (since she had to stay overnight). Molly received excellent care and is recovering nicely at home. People rarely take the time to acknowledge and express gratitude when things go well. I wanted to make sure we did that today because we certainly have a lot to be thankful for. Molly is an old lady now and we don't know how much time she has left on this earth but we have had this amazing girl since she was 8 weeks old. She is an extraordinarily intelligent, loyal and loving dog and we can't imagine life without her. To say that we love her very much would be an understatement. She DESERVES the best and that is exactly what she got at Dr. Graf's office. Thank you for giving us extra time with our precious golden girl ❤.”

“The first time I came here was in January of 2010. I was told that my senior dog likely had a tumor in his throat (that when undiagnosed at his previous appointment at a vet in Denver). The vet I saw (I think it was Dr. Erin), was very kind and gave me a very compassionate but realistic prognosis. We ended up euthanizing my dog in May. Because of that, I could not come back to this clinic with my next dog. Time heals all wounds, and when we moved back to Colorado, I knew I wanted to use Monument Veterinary Clinic for my puppy because of the way we were treated a decade earlier. I find Dr Erin to be very knowledgeable and compassionate with a very gentle manner to her. She spends a lot of time with her patients and is very willing to answer questions. My dog is epileptic and sees a neurologist now, but Dr Erin is still his primary vet and I rely on this clinic to do blood work and vaccinations.”

“I had to bring two of my babies in for dental surgery, and they were kind enough to schedule them on the same day at the same time. I appreciated how kind and helpful they were, and they did their absolute best to help deal with such awful issues my critters were facing. My cat had fractured a tooth, and it had to come out. My dog had just been adopted and had been severely neglected, requiring seven teeth to be removed. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and made sure I understood all the post-op instructions. The doctor took time after the procedures to go over potential issues in the future, the severity of any potential issues, and was detailed and patient when discussing my cat's blood work results. Best of all, they were affordable. Every other vet I called in CO Springs wanted to price gouge, but this clinic clearly cares the most about quality pet care without breaking the bank. Next time I need my babies taken care of, I will bring them here. Both my cat and dog are completely healed now and are happy and pain free.”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had to get my dog in asap and tried everywhere in Pueblo, and we luckily were able to find this clinic to bring her. We came from out of town and were able to get her in. They treated my dog and me amazing. Unfortunately we had to schedule a euthanasia, but trusted this veterinarian and made the drive back. They treated my baby with such love and care and made sure we were completely ready and taken care of. I was able to get her ashes back today and they put so much thought and love into her memorial box. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with pets. They truly care about the pets as well as the owners. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of us.”
