“I have worked out with several personal trainers over the years, but none of them come close to comparing to Sam. He has the exquisite ability to push me to the point where I am pleading inside "surely this is just too much and I can't possibly do another rep, what am I letting this guy do to me?!" Only to have me realize afterwards and the next day, I am just fine, no injuries, not even that sore, and I'm getting fit and feeling great! It's hard to find a trainer that can push you to the very limit, but not get you hurt. I trust Sam immensely, no matter how tough the work out I never, ever had to worry that I would get hurt in the process. That is a rare quality to find in a trainer.
