What an idyllic spot overlooking the lake on our drive through Evergreen. The owner was delightful and gave us lots of advice on moving to Colorado. My husband loved his espresso and my chai latte was perfect. Delicious gf df spice bread - like a moist gingerbread. So glad we stopped here instead of the busy main street in Evergreen.

Cheryl and EverBean by the Lake were very accommodating for a rush order I made. The burritos and pastries were on point--the chorizo burrito was so delicious and definitely my favorite!! Thank you for helping me rock a presentation!

So this is located almost perfectly across from Evergreen Lake and is a nice walk across the road and through the parking lot. Select is not as vast as Starbucks but it doesn't need to be. The coffee and smoothie selection are just fine and they have pastries and treats that most folks would be happy with. Prices are fair and staff is terrific.

Fresh coffee, savory gluten-free spice cake and serenity reflect back to me, from the glass lake. I love writing here! The family vibes make the experience as if I was home.
