“Sweet Side Yoga is the most welcoming place to improve your yoga practice. Classes are generally smaller, and I have found it to be a studio where I can grow and practice without feeling intimidated. My absolute favorite classes are the family classes-teaching my toddler all about wellness, self care, and yoga is such a blessing. Family yoga is an awesome combination of movement, play, and music! Prenatal yoga at Sweet side has made my pregnancy a joy! I can't say enough good things about this studio.”
