(February 7, 2018, 8:21 pm)Hands down the best yoga studio in Golden! Ashley is a great instructor who always ensures that I am doing the poses correctly and with proper alignment. Her classes are physically and mentally challenging, yet relaxing and grounding, which is exactly what I need from my yoga practice. The vibe in the studio is great. It's quaint, clean, and she often changes the color of the lights and the music for the mood she wants to create. Highly recommended!

I have attended many of her classes prior to the Golden, CO location and have always left her classes both mentally and physically satisfied. The meditation practices are truly refreshing, and she tends to incorporate many meditation aspects directly into her regular yoga flows. Don’t let that fool you! These classes have the potential to really make you pour sweat!
