Had an issue with postage due recently. Had the pleasure of dealing with Catherine and Jonathan. Catherine is the most amazing person I’ve ever felt with that works for the post office. She should train usps employees in customer service she is truly that amazing. I felt like she took all my questions and concerns like she truly cared about me and my concerns. Best service if my life thank you

Going to the post office can be a frustrating experience, but the folks that work here are super nice and helpful. Just be patient and polite and they will get your package shipped or they will explain what you need to do get it shipped.

Wow!!!!! Thank You So Much Mr. PATEL!!!! This 5 stars is for ONLY YOU!!!!!!! Sending digital media equipment with prepaid label from reverb and was denied by female cashier. Asked why and she questioned me as if I was on trial about contents of package and why I don't have to pay shipping cost upfront. Lol I attempted to explain the shipping process and policy from creator of label and again she denied me. Told me my package won't be shipped. I asked for a supervisor and as I waited the female cashier in next window confirmed I was wrong her coworker was right. Then Mr. Patel came right out, looked at me confused said all is good no issue have a nice day. No apologies or accountability from the denying cashiers but hey at least they now know those 2 cashiers need retraining!!! Lol Thx Again Mr. Patel Bless!!!!
