Well I found the Receptionist at the front desk are very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Harrigan has been the best Dr. for me. Has a great personality And it’s pretty cool easy to talk to and to understand works in your best interest. The rest of the staff it’s also polite. The only drawback I have it seems no matter how busy they are you have to wait too long In the waiting room.

Rocky Mountain became my primary care provider ~7 years ago when I had to go through urgent care. From that experience, I switched my PCP over to them. Their providers are simply top notch medical professionals. The office is run efficiently and professionally by friendly and knowledgeable front office staff. From family care doctors (John Marquez) to urgent care (Colleen) and their great staff of medical assistants (Javier), you will get highest quality medical care and the straight scoop for whatever brought you in.

Lastly in the midst of covid, they’ve taken smart but not obnoxious precautions to ensure the health and safety of their patients and staff, while getting you in and out efficiently. You can sit in your car instead of the lobby if it has hit the 6-person max or you are uncomfortable in the waiting area.

I've been going to my doctor here for years and loved everyone who has worked here however, I've been through 6 doctor's in the years I've been going here! I lost another doctor but was made an appointment with John Marquez and he is so nice and he really took his time and really listened! He helped me get over the shingles in only a few weeks and not as painful as it was the last time! I'm so glad I stuck it out with this office!

I have been going to Rocky Mountain Urgent and Family Care for over 10 years. I had several good experiences with their urgent care, so I chose them as my primary care too. Scheduling is easy and I rarely have to wait. The staff is kind and the doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate.
