(July 17, 2020, 11:27 pm)Best shoe repairman I've ever had. I would call him a craftsman instead of a shoe repairman. Rebuilt the entire substructure of my Johnston and Murphy shoe when Johnston and Murphy said the dress shoes I wanted could not be ordered until after COVID19 was under control because of their supply problems. This was not an ordinary repair. And when I got them back, it was as good as when I bought them. Highly recommended!!!!!!

(November 5, 2019, 2:20 pm)Having found Governor's Plaza Shoes on line, I called them based on their reviews. Having described my issue to Mike, the owner, I went in to see if my work boots could be repaired. Happily, the answer was yes. Equally as great, I was told they would be done on Monday, when I needed them! This totally surprised me, as did the price. So, so reasonable! As a business owner myself, I am extremely impressed with the level of service and speed at which they took care of me, and the quality of the repair. Sure wish I knew of this store a long time ago. Especially since I now know they repair Birkenstocks too!

(April 3, 2019, 2:43 pm)Mike and Martha really help me out. I had a pair of comfortable boots that I refused to let them go in the trash. I took them to this place to have the heels and the backs replaced and when I got my shoes back they shined and polished, the heel was replaced, my shoes look brand new. I’m so excited, I think I’ll have another couple of years of wearing them.
I WOULD recommend this place.
