  I have taken Pilates classes for several years but just started with Susan in 2018. Susan does a fantastic job of addressing individual needs and giving you the ques you need to stay focused on your movements and get the most out of your class . The studio is always clean and comfortable. Susan is very knowledgeable and caring.

  Susan is an amazing instructor and an awesome person. I've worked with several different Pilates instructors over the past few years. None of them have come close to comparing to Susan's level of instruction. Many Pilates instructors are great at working your core, but don't care much about proper form, flexibility or balance. Susan works your core while making sure your body moves in all the ways it's supposed to. This greatly improved my pain level after recovering from a herniated disk. Susan is also very caring and personable. She gets to know her students very well and can modify exercises as needed. I would recommend Susan to anyone interested in true Pilates instruction.

  I have been taking Pilates classes from Susan in her studio for 4 years. My flexibility and overall fitness has improved tremendously over time and is just getting better. In fact, my bone density has actually improved since I have been taking her classes! I cannot say enough about her dedication to her field and her students. The classes are small and individualized attention is always given when needed.

  I joined Susan Markle’s Pilates Studio in May of 2017. I was looking for an alternative form of exercise after hip replacement surgery that would improve core strength and balance. I cannot say enough about the benefits I’ve received from a health perspective. Susan’s extensive Pilates training and certification provides a safe environment to help me reach my original goals. Her focus on body mechanics adds to the experience. This is all conducted in a small class environment with individual attention. Did I mention fun!!

  I have known Susan and taken her Pilates classes for the past 4 + years. Her classes are well structured targeting all muscle groups and giving explicit instructions and alterations for participants who may suffer with injuries, surgeries, etc. She gives continuous added corrections for positions of students throughout the class.
  Susan has the most current information and training available. She is available to the students to answer questions they may have. She is very dependable and consistent with her classes.
