I have been assisting in my brother’s care for Alzheimer’s disease, for several years, and we recently moved him into Willowbrook Place (from a different facility). Even though our move took place recently, the quality of the Leadership Team, and Team Members at Willowbrook Place, is so noticeable and appreciated. The great culture, and the dedication, commitment, compassion, and quality of the Willowbrook Leadership Team & Team Members, is amazing. And beyond what I had even hoped it could be! It has also brought me peace of mind, in knowing my brother is well taken care of, and in a great environment. I feel fortunate to now have my brother in the care of the Willowbrook Place Team. In working with the Willowbrook Leadership team (Executive Director & Community Relations Director, and the Clinical Services Director & Asst. Clinical Services Director, and rest of team), I have found an amazing level of dedication, engagement, responsiveness, and compassion. They truly are always there for you, if needed. “Dr. Tremblay and staff have been fantastic for the 5+ years we've been going to her. Even after we moved farther away, we continued going here because the level of her care is top notch. She fixed a problem with one of our cats that another vet just wanted to throw money/medication at by suggesting a simple change to her diet - she truly cares about the overall health of our pets. They've also been flexible with scheduling when needed, which is a huge plus for us living farther away. Keep up the good work.”
