In Evergreen, our classes are a variety of people and abilities, but everyone works at a pace that best fits their individual needs. If you need a harder workout, then put more energy into each move. Or if you are recovering from an injury, modify the workout for your won needs. It is housed within the Kinetic Arts Studio, so there are specialized floors which help minimize impact on your joints. “I've had several roll offs delivered to some of my sites in Denver and the overall experience of Eager Beaver was above and beyond any previous experience. From the customer service to the delivery and pick up, each interaction and result exceeded my expectations. The location I am at to fix up in conifer required a 30yard/20' roll away and is up a very steep and curvy hill. I was not present for the drop off but all the workers including myself were impressed and curious how they even got a roll away of that size up the driveway especially given the fact that my 2500 with new tires has had issues making it up the hill at times. Definitely recommend and will use again as often as possible in the future.”
