“If anyone knows my reviews they know I'm hard on BBQ. I always feel mine is better haha. Stopped into this place last night on our way to the mountains. We have always wanted to stop but never could. The place was awesome! Burnt ends sandwich was perfect with a great smoke ring. Had a cup of the green Chile too. Perfect!! The atmosphere is Colorado Lodge, and they had a awesome blues band playing. Matt the owner came by and introduced himself. We will definitely be back. Looking forward to sitting on their patio when it warms up. If Texas has Tex-Mex, this is Colo-Que. Delicious”

I stop by Buffalo Moon multiple times a week on my way to work to enjoy their coffee and egg sandwich. Fresh bagels and pastries are also yummy at this location.”

“Have been our go to place to take out of towners for a good hike. The hike to Genesse summit takes about 40 minutes. When you get there, the views are breathtaking. It is a very mild hike that can be done without much preparation. If you are lucky, you can see herds of Bison. Excellent for families, dogs and kids.”

“We went up last weekend for my birthday; we only had one night but I wished I could stay longer. We stayed in Owl's Nest - what a great spot. Modern cabin feel, beautiful spa bathroom - I even got to take a relaxing bath first thing in the morning to the sound of my own spa music while my honey slept. We seemingly had the whole place to ourselves; we walked along the stream and bounced back and forth between the hot tub and sauna. Used one of the on site grills to make a delicious dinner. We drank coffee on the patio in the morning and just soaked in the quiet. I love this place and will be back again, and again... thank you Cabins at Country Road!”
