They have provided us the names of wonderful therapists as well! It is true that they have been without a stable receptionist but when I leave a message I always receive a call back- and they do have an emergency line to call if i had an immediate concern. We booked the same day on a holiday on one of the coldest days of the year and they both came up not only getting the job done in a reasonable time but working 10 times harder than I even anticipated they could!! Their rates are comfortable they don't charge extra fees and we even got an extra hour that we didn't book in advance that they powered through set everything up in the new place for us and then gave us a discount at the end. These gentlemen are dependable, fairly priced, responsible, and incredibly hard workers-worth every penny and then some!!! I was nervous setting up a booking on the third party website, but Chris was very professional, responsive, and empathetic towards our situation-on top of that they came up to our location 2 hours earlier than scheduled. They were so careful with our belongings and our property and I literally, have nothing bad to say about these guys!!! They are both fantastic!! We could not be more pleased these guys rock and I would recommend them to Anyone , Anytime, Any place.”

In order to understand the quality and value of Omaha Steaks you have to understand the aging of the steaks, etc. These aren't the same steaks that are sold at your local grocery store with the exception of the aged meats. With that being said I typically only take advantage of the sales. I have never had a poor experience at this location and find the selection far superior to most meats I get at the grocery store 5 stars from me and twice on Sundays. Just do some research in advance and understand what Omaha Steaks is before hand and you won't be disappointed.”
