The trainers helped me work on slimming down in certain areas to fit into that dress. After that, I decided I was going to run a half marathon in 2021 and they helped me train for that. They are professional and listen to what you are wanting to achieve and not only help you with your goals, but help you to make a lifestyle change in your fitness and nutritional habits.
