  The first time we stayed here it was in the Sleepy Hollow cabin. It was cute and clean the porch area smelled a little musty and the community hot tub was cold. I decided to book a last minute Estes stay for my boyfriend’s birthday and one of the cabins came up in my search. I was hesitant but I decided to give it a second chance and we are so glad we did! The Cain was adorable, cozy & clean. The views were amazing and the hot tub and the temperature were fantastic and the host was so friendly. We had such a wonderful stay and will return. We even took a map of the cabins so we can book one on the river.

  comfortable beds, quiet, in-expensive, great location, etc...
  
  my son and I stayed in one of the double bed motel rooms not the cabins. we spent 6 days at brynwood in August. I have zero complaints. the rooms had everything we need and were comfortable. my only criticism would be that the bathrooms lack an exhaust vent, but that is so minor it isn't worth taking a star off.
  
  The next time I'm in Estes Park I will definitely stay there again.

  Needs a few minor improvements... Air conditioners really NEED to be in all of the rooms, and cabins NEED Air conditioning. It's just a given now. Pool is heated along with a hot tub, You can rent rooms and cabins. This place is convenient for location, just shy of the downtown area and not far from the national park itself that everyone visits.. Have been staying here almost yearly now on visits.

  Nice place we spent our Easter here something different, get away from your basic regular routine. My favorite was the sound of the river at night. Staff is really nice, family owned and operated. Tab (owner) really took care of us with are extra needs. They didn't have to accommodate us but they went out of there way to make are stay that much better. Troy the ground keeper lives on site so there is always someone there to help. Up every morning treating the hot tubs keeping them clean! Troy was even up working on Easter! But I can tell he was a working man 6 foot 4 200lbs of get It done. After having a pleasant Easter morning conversation with him, it was no surprise he grew up on a Farm. It was a great Easter with my family. It will never be forgotten.
  P.S. The hot tubs were great! They all were very hot and clean some were modern but all work very well. Nothing like coming back to your cabin after a 4-mile hike with the family.

  This is a very beautiful cottage to live especially if you are visiting Rocky Mountains National Park.
  It is located close to the park entrance.
  The cottages are very nice and have beautiful views of the river.
  Also, they offer good privacy as the cottages are not cramped together and have sufficient space between them.
  This is a perfect place to stay if traveling in a group.
  The kitchens are well equipped with utensils.
  There was also a fireplace ???? in our cottage which was great.
  If you are lucky, you will also get the chance to see a few elks up close right within the compound.
  I would highly recommend this place to stay for any family, group of friends, or couples!
