(January 2, 2020, 11:28 am)Took in my used Concours into the shop for its 15k mile service. Shop was open, friendly and welcoming, even getting the service completed on a short week since it is my main mode of transportation for work. Due to a snow storm I was unable to pick it up, but they came back during a holiday to let me in to pick it up prior to riding to work the next day. Great staff, will definitely be going back there again!
(November 9, 2019, 5:51 pm)Ive purchased many bikes in my day...we recently purchased two bike from MotoAdventure, and it was one of the most hassle-free experiences Ive ever had. We had a warranty issue with one of the bikes, and the service dept took care of it very quickly. Highly recommended.

(July 11, 2019, 5:26 pm)I was traveling through the area and noticed needing to adjust my chain more often than I should. They were able to fit me in the day I called and hooked up with a new sprocket set and drive chain. I received excellent service and felt very cared for being able to get back on the road the same day.
