“I have taken 2 vehicles here in the last 2 years. The first one unfortunately was totaled but Gerber was prompt and efficient in providing their report to my insurance so I was able to resolve the claim quickly. The second was fixable and Gerber did an excellent job. The other party's insurance (they were paying since it was 100% their fault) decided after they had approved repairs that they were not the primary insurance and declined to pay. (The other driver was doing ride share at the time of the accident) so the second insurance had to take over and was a complete pain about everything. Gerber was amazing and did not let that slow them down. They worked through it to complete the car and were flexible in their dealings with the second insurance. They kept us updated on everything and when we picked up the car we were very happy! It looked better than before the accident. Thank you Gerber and even though I hope I don't see you again, I know you will be there if I need you. :-)”
