“I LOVE the satellite office! It’s EASY to use & it makes me feel modern! I’m sure it also helps us, the customers save money because of how it makes for efficient staffing. Everybody I have dealt with is above and beyond helpful. Especially Allicyn, she ROCKS!!! Always bubbly and knowledge and professional. The security is also a bonus, as is the the ability to call from the call box at the gate if an issue arises. The property is clean and well taken care of, and NOT in a flood zone. BONUS!!! Thanks IN SELF STORAGE!”

“Very friendly staff and helpful. Just popped in to have them look at a fly larvae we eradicated from our dog and they confirmed what it was and told us no need to worry. Thanks again!!”

“Our sweet boarder collie was sick with lymphoma and the time had come. Dr. Flicek was very professional and incredibly sensitive to our needs for our friend and family member of many years.”

“This was mine and my fiance's first time horse back riding. Definitely was not what we expected, it was so much more! This was my birthday present and I will never forget this day! Elle and Emily were our guides and they made it so fun and entertaining. They make a great team! Elle has an amazing personality, we are sad to hear both lovely ladies are leaving this next week. We had hoped to come back for another ride with them very soon. The ride was so beautiful! Again such an unforgettable day! Dennis, the cook, made us an amazing steak dinner cooked to perfection. He was a very kind and sincere man, and his dog Tucker is adorable. Sitting out at that cook site felt like I was camping with family! The staff was AMAZING! THANK YOU SOMBRERO RANCHES (Estes Park) FOR THE BEST BIRTHDAY IN 31 YEARS. I can not wait to come back!”

“Today we took a 2 hour ride with our guide David. The place itself is awesome despite being right off the side of the road. There were a ton of beautiful horses for you to watch. We were early so the guy (pretty sure the owner) said we could go ahead with another group that was smaller if we wanted. We did. My friend and I got larger horses because we're larger people but didnt make a deal about it, which I appreciated. I got to ride Whirlwind and my friend rode Lenny. Beautiful boys who treated us well on our journey. The ride was beautiful as well. David was very nice, helpful and told us a few historical facts along the way. I did enjoy the whole experience but the only thing I did not like was how rocky and steep the ride was. You go up about 1000ft (from Lake Estes, according to the guide) then back down. I have been riding a few times before but it was a little scary going down some really steep points. I understand that's just how the area is so I'm not placing blame to the company. Just a warning to those who look into this place, it's not exactly a calm easy ride. I do recommend it and I would like to go back for the 1 hour ride. Though the 2 hour ride was too long for me, it is worth the deal for sure.”

“This hotel is a gem. The view is beautiful, the location is basically perfect, the staff is great and helpful, and the room was exactly what we needed. Robin got us checked in at midnight and was an excellent host. We plan on coming back regularly... I personally can't remember a more pleasant experience with a hotel like this, out in nature and intended as a getaway. I wrote this immediately after checking out. Stay at this place, you won't be disappointed.”

“My husband, my two children, and myself have been staying here and we absolutely love it. It’s a very clean place and the area is beautiful. The campground owners, Jeff and Lori are wonderful. This campground is their home and they make sure their campers feel at home here too. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, as they work hard to make sure the place is well kept, everyone has what they need, and that people feel safe. Our time at Drake as been very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place for family camping trips. It’s beautiful and it’s just minutes away from Estes Park, Loveland, and the best cinnamon rolls in the world in Glen Haven.”
