“I cannot say enough about this place!!! We have two kangaroos and fortunately They are very robust animals that rarely get sick. However, when they do, it is never a good thing and most often fatal. both of my kangaroos got very ill with all kinds of issues looking like they probably again would not make it because of doctor Dreco and her willingness to cooperate with other vets across the country tat may have more experience dealing in this breed, as well as her own research she did on her own accord not only is the little one being discharged today but his older brother turned the corner late last night and came hopping out of his shed. I can't explain the amount of love and caring that comes out of these people in the way they handle their animals and the people involved.”

“Dr. Steiner and her staff are incredible! Efficient, organized, professional, and caring. They always take the best care of my pups, and treat them like they are their own. I would not trust them with anyone else. Highly recommend them!”

“This place is amazing! I’m a fairly new cat owner to a precious little boy named Barney, and for several days in a row he had kept me up with a lot of worry about his behavior. I am so lucky I found this place online because the service was top-notch! I was able to get an appointment first thing on a Tuesday (when I’m off work), and transporting my baby boy may have been a challenge but it was worth it! Unfortunately he had peed himself on the way there, but the staff was very kind to have him cleaned up a bit ON TOP OF doing a great job of getting him neutered. He’s about two days post-op now, he’s a lot more calm, surprisingly hungry, and hasn’t had a problem in taking his medicine! I couldn’t be any happier with the results and the service provided by such wonderful people. Thank you so much!”

“We've been taking our pugs to Dr. Altman since we moved to Fort Collins almost 6 years ago. Dr. Altman and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, communicative and accessible. She has diagnosed many medical issues that both my pugs have had. She was able to treat one of my pugs urinary issues when other vets could not. They were so caring and understanding when my oldest pug passed away. My other pug is now a senior and has severe arthritis and muscle loss in her legs. Dr Altman recommended a wonderful physical therapist. I'm so thankful to her because my pug has shown a lot of improvement. I definitely recommend Animal Haven!”

“I had a great experience during a recent emergency visit with my dog. The staff were wonderful, they got us right in. They explained everything in detail and I was giving a cost estimate up front, which turned out to be more than I was actually charged. My pet received wonderful care. Will definitely use them again if we have another pet emergency. My only concern was my dogs steroid prescription. The bottle said "take once a day until directed otherwise" but had no refills allotted. The vet during the visit didn't mention anything about how long or how to wean him off the steroids, so I called to get directions. I needed another refill to wean him off, which was fine, but if I hadn't had experience with steroids, I wouldn't have known about the need to wean him off and once he finished the first bottle, would've assumed he was done with the medicine. Aside from that, everything was great.”

“My experience was very positive. I needed to know if my little dog's heart was strong enough to let her have knee surgery. Dr. Weder did a thorough exam, allowing me to be in the room during the procedure. During and after the exam he explained everything he was doing and felt she was a candidate for the surgery. This certainly helped make the decision to go forward. My little dog had surgery this morning and is doing fine.”

“Top of the line professional! Had a lab with an eye injury and the staff was helpful, friendly and most importantly got me in right away. Dr. Roberts is friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. The treatment he provided worked and our lab is back to normal. In addition, Dr. Roberts made a follow up himself rather than a tech or staff member to check on our dog.”

“I will say that the VCA overall is a little expensive, but they are emergency services so it is understandable. However, I am so thankful to have found them, especially Dr. O. My dog Marley has Squamous Cell Carcinomas which is a very mean cancer and Dr. O has done everything to make Marley comfortable and happy and she knows the answers and she knows how to fix things if they take a turn for the worst. I live in Greeley and I have no problem at all making the drive to see her because if I didn’t, with these horrible vets and oncologists here in Greeley, we probably never would have even known Marley had cancer and especially wouldn’t have known how to treat it! She gives me piece of mind when I’m freaking out about Marley’s new or different habits and will talk to me as long as I need to reassure me! If anyone has concerns with the VCA at first, just talk to them and tell them and they will fix it because they definitely want what’s best for you and your pet. It is an absolutely wonderful facility and I am very glad to have found them.”

“I would just like to say this is by far the best veterinary office I have ever been to. The doctors are so involved and they truly care about their patients. They are also super affordable, they offer a plan that gives you a percentage off of different services, even blood panels are included for free! It's only 50 dollars per month which is amazing since its essentially pet insurance. Every time we go in, its not just the doctors who are wonderful, the entire staff is so dedicated to giving the best possible care they can to their patients. We drive 45 minutes out of our way to visit this office and it is completely worth it with the consistent high quality care they give, I highly recommend coming here for your fur babies!”

“I've been going to Noah's Ark for 12 years+. Everyone is so caring and talented - I would not go anywhere else. The previous owner was fantastic and the current owner is very dear to me. They've taken care of my pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) with so many different procedures (spays, oral surgery, teeth cleaning, etc) and continued care for diabetes maintenance that had me coming in a few times a month (for 2 months). They went above and beyond during these visits. A++++ LOVE THIS PLACE.”

“We are new to the area and needed a vet. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Our dog Gracie had a lump on her hind leg that needed to be removed shortly after her first visit. Dr. Tyszko is amazing!! We are grateful to have found such caring people to take care of our fur baby! Thank You!! I highly recommend Boyd Lake Veterinary Center!”
