“This place will ruin all other pastries for you. As our tour guide said, there's something about these pastries being made at a high elevation that allows the crust to have such a light and fluffy decadent texture. You have to try the pockets, they come in apple blueberry and Cherry. They also sell a large variety of home-canned goods, from pickles to jams, Honey's to sauces, Salsas to ciders, and wine. Alcohol is not served as takeout, you must consume it there. If you have leftovers and your bottle is able to read cap you can take it with you. They sell whole Pies, mini pies, pies by the slice, scones, cookies, ice cream, and so much more. They sell real elk, Buffalo, wild boar (& more) jerky that are not cut with beef (which is really hard to find!). It would be well worth it to make this a stop along your route. 10/10 would return here.”
