“I have had a couple of bad experiences with judgemental employees, but all of my other experiences make up for it. 99% of the time, they have been the best pharmacy I've ever used. They are consistently kind, the customer service is amazing, and the few times I've dealt with a rude employee, another employee has stepped in and defended me, which I've NEVER seen before. I very rarely have long wait times, and when there's an issue they are more on the ball than my doctor's office (it's a small practice so they have a lot to do and not as many people to do it, it's actually a great place). One time, I was supposed to have gotten my medication in 20 minutes, and I called after 30 minutes to see what was going on, and the pharmacist personally saw to it that the issue that caused my medication not to be filled at that moment, which was someone not putting it in, got taken care of and my medication was filled in 10 minutes. Yes, there's are issues sometimes, but I'm always taken care of and treated will, and there'd be issues anywhere you go so at least they will take care of the issue.”

“Honestly, I want to give this place 5 stars because we LOVE it. But sometimes the meals aren't as superb as others. Our favorite dish is the sesame chicken - and a good example of what I'm talking about is that sometimes the chicken is so tender and breaded nicely. Other times, you have a hard time chewing through the breading to get to the stiff chicken. I'm not sure what is happening here, but a good 80% of the time, it's perfect. We will continue to come back and are so happy to have this place in town!”

“Food was great. Our chef Jonathan was awesome, he has a great sense of humor. My steak was cooked perfect and was very flavorful. The coconut shrimp was very delicious, a nice dipping sauce came with it too. The onion soup was also very tasteful. Will go back when in the area.”

“Was looking for a cockatiel to add to our family. They had several ready for sale. We picked a couple that looked interesting and we're allowed to take them into a visitation rooms and spent some time with them by ourselves. Great experience with the hand raised birds. Easy to find the right bird. Super helpful staff and they helped us plan out the best food. We came in from out of town and they held the bird for us till the next day when we were ready to travel.”

“This place is amazing! I took my jacket in with no appointment near the end of the day asking for alterations to the cuffs. They explained that they were very busy so it might take a week or two. I let the young lady know that I really needed my jacket because I am flying out of town in a week and I asked if there was anything that she could do. She picked up the phone, called the owner, hung up the phone and told me that I would have my jacket in a week, before my trip. Literally two days later, I was contacted by the business to let me know that my jacket was ready to go and the same young lady who turns out to be the owners daughter took the time to explain the alterations that were done to me over the phone and even told me that after my trip if I would like further alterations, they would stand behind their work and would take care of that for me. You cannot ask for faster or better service than that! I am already a repeat customer as these ladies have done work for my wife previously, and it was top quality work. This is a family owned business and they know what they are doing. I am a real customer and I live here in Loveland, Colorado and this is the cleaners/tailor that we will be doing business with from now on.”

“This review is too late, actually, years too late. Judy and Tom, replaced our window treatments in the main floor of our previous home, and did a fabulous job. Everything looked beautiful and we received compliments from everyone who walked in our home. Our windows were beautiful but not exactly standard, but Tom, the master craftsman, made everything fit beautifully and professionally. They hauled away all the old shades and left the place spotless. We sold that home, and built our new home in Ft. Collins, and I didn't have to think twice before calling Judy again. I knew, I was going to get quality, custom made window treatment once more. Judy made valuable suggestions, and the end result is lovely. I appreciate her having everything ready to be installed the day after we moved in. Tom and his staff did a lovely job and left nothing for me to clean after they were done.
