  Carbon Valley Glass went above and beyond for us. We took in a mirror that been in the family for 3 generations that we dropped and broke a sizable corner off of. We were devastated by the loss. They took what was left and cut it down into smaller mirrors and on the largest piece they even matched the beveled edge to make it look original, just smaller. It was a heart wrenching experience breaking the original mirror, but CVG made something special that we can keep out of this tragedy. They completely understood the loss and helped us make the most from it. Love that shop

  I just had my tempered shower door replaced by Carbon Valley Glass and they did an excellent job, were very reasonably priced, left the replacement shower door clean, and were just the nicest people!

  So there was a mishap at my grandmother's house, which is like a 130 years old.
  That being said the glass was the original!
  Have you ever seen super thin 130 year old glass that's actually starting to melt?
  (well warp)
  And original storm windows????
  I was told by my cousin that he threw his ball-cap & it broke 1 of the front windows.
  Considering the age of the glass one pane I thought maybe ????I got there it had even gone through the storm window...????
  (then he tells me "she doesn't know yet & hoped I'd help him fix it first")????
  Then he expressed that he was worried that if we didn't fix it before hand
  "I want-a live long enough-ta see muy next birthday????"
  
  ME: ????-???? yup, I could stand I was laughing so hard!
  
  Never expected in a million years I would've thought I'd hear someone say those words with such honesty...
  I agreed to help????????????
  Calling around most places wouldn't even look at it for another 10 to 20 days!
  Totally not acceptable.
  I called them up they came out hour or so later. Fixed the inside window & were able to bring the repaired storm window the following day!
  Other than the glass not "melting" you would never even know.
  With the situation I told him I wouldn't tell as long he promises to ask to help her with anything every time he's over????
  She got a hell of a laugh And agree that it's our little secret that she knows.
  The wonderful folks over a Carbon Valley were so quick & amazing I could never say thank you enough. I would recommend them to anyone! So skilled it looks as though nothing had even been broken in the 1st place!????????
  Here on out the only place I will call

  Carbon Valley Glass recently replaced the insulated glass for three of our windows. Their service was prompt and professional and workmanship excellent. And their price was reasonable. Our experience in dealing with them was very pleasant and smooth.
