“I was never a gym person although active and participated in sport and other activities. My wife has a trainer here who is wonderful. I started coming about two years ago and had a trainer at the local rec center for about a year who was also great. I now come here without a trainer. I have watched and observed all the trainers who are knowledgeable, professional and very attuned to their clients. It is a clean and very friendly gym with an encouraging bunch of members. I look forward to coming and my strength and balance have improved. My only regret is I didn’t start doing this sooner.”
