“I missed a step and scraped up my hands pretty badly and walked in the building just to ask if I could wash my bleeding hands. They met me with such kindness, care and concern for my injuries that I felt immediately welcomed. A little soap and water is all I asked for - they allowed me to wash my hands and provided Neosporin ointment and a nice big bandaid as well as good conversation and a sincere invitation to join them for worship. I can't express how thankful I am for them being there for a random bleeding stranger and the love and care they provided. The people are the church and if Lonnie and Kathy are a representation of the heart, hands and feet of Christ in THIS particular body, this chruch is alive indeed!”

“I found Cindy after going to 4 or 5 different salons. I have long layers in mostly straight hair. Cindy took time to look at where my hair grows the thickest and the thinnest. She asked my goal and what I did/didn't like. She explained why certain hair styles would not work due to where/how my hair grows on my head. She explained the various ways to layer hair and suggested the best way for my hair. She fixed the mess as best she could and I am looking forward to Cindy continuing to cut my hair. She also pays attention to the person in the chair instead of everyone else in the salon so I feel I am getting the best attention possible. I am looking forward to working with Cindy for a long time.”

“Carbon Valley Glass went above and beyond for us. We took in a mirror that been in the family for 3 generations that we dropped and broke a sizable corner off of. We were devastated by the loss. They took what was left and cut it down into smaller mirrors and on the largest piece they even matched the beveled edge to make it look original, just smaller. It was a heart wrenching experience breaking the original mirror, but CVG made something special that we can keep out of this tragedy. They completely understood the loss and helped us make the most from it. Love that shop”
