We received impeccable service from beginning to end. We received a personal quote from the owner Jerry. Jerry, was informative and professional over the phone. Paul, was our service tech that did the work. Paul, was very professional and courteous ( he made sure to wipe his boots extra dry before he came in the house because it had just snowed a little bit.) The service was very quick. We contacted Lemon's on a Monday and had a new hot water heater by Thursday the same week! They are reasonableI priced. I unfortunately didn't get the names of the ladies working in the office. One of the gals made it a point to make sure we received good service and everything went well. Both ladies were very kind, personal, and easy to talk with. The experience I have had with everyone in the company was positive and professional. This was one of the first big projects we've had to do at the house.
