“This was my first experience with Brother’s and just WOW!!! I called a few days ago because my hot water heater had a burning rubber smell coming from it. Laura was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled and set me up as a member for a small monthly fee. Robert came out today, found the issue almost immediately, had someone from Brother’s drive here with parts he needed and fixed it all in 1 visit! Even staying well past 5pm on a Saturday. On top of all that Robert was incredibly helpful, personable, and clearly trustworthy. I’m forever sold! I’m a single woman with a townhouse that’s in need of fixing so the membership gets me proactive inspections I desperately need and discounted services as well. It’s already paid for itself for the next 2 months and that’s before I have done any of the inspections! I’m so grateful to have someone I can trust to help me with my biggest financial investment.
