“I have worked out with several personal trainers over the years, but none of them come close to comparing to Sam. He has the exquisite ability to push me to the point where I am pleading inside "surely this is just too much and I can't possibly do another rep, what am I letting this guy do to me?!" Only to have me realize afterwards and the next day, I am just fine, no injuries, not even that sore, and I'm getting fit and feeling great! It's hard to find a trainer that can push you to the very limit, but not get you hurt. I trust Sam immensely, no matter how tough the work out I never, ever had to worry that I would get hurt in the process. That is a rare quality to find in a trainer. He's a one of a kind, gifted personal trainer, I highly recommend him! :)”

She is very knowledgeable and caring, and watches carefully for good form. She mixes up the exercises and makes a point of getting feedback about how it's going, so she can make appropriate adjustments. The location is spacious, with enough equipment to give the needed variety. Abby's demeanor is always pleasant, with a sense of humor and the kind of involvement that helps you try a little harder.”

“I love working out here. There’s a really fun upbeat atmosphere at burn that you just don’t get at a traditional gym. You workout as a group and I feel I work harder with people around me. It’s easy for me to waste my gym time moving from place to place at a normal gym but you make the most of your 45 minutes at burn because of the structure of the workouts. The instructors are awesome and will help you with your form if you’re unsure how to do a move. I highly recommend this place and though be warned you might have a hard time going back to a normal gym after this.”
