“I approached Nick Reed State Farm initially after meeting Tara Polca an employee/underwriter of Nick's at a local event... In casual conversation I mentioned I was trying to help my Mother with some financial's as well as reducing some of her expenses before she retires (for the 2nd time) Ensuring she for one, was with a company that was straight forward and honest with her... Her previous agent reprented American Family and had been less than honest on several occasions but mainly was almost impossible to get ahold of and was very pushy, especially towards my Mother who had been with him 31 years, paid early or on time always and had only filed 1 claim in all that time!!! After first seeing the exact same type of policy and deductible she currently had for A MUCH better price and being ignored by American Family we decided to have Nick and his team draw up both a home and auto policy!!!
