Unfortunately my order was no longer showing in their system, so I placed another order via the Walgreens app. While I was doing this, or 4 other customers arrived whose online orders were delayed due to the photo paper issue. I listened as he very professionally and courteously worked to resolve their issues. One person needed an item tonight; the manager arranged to have the order processed and ready for pick-up at a nearby location. He truly was “grace under pressure” and each affected customer left feeling they were taken care of.”
