“This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel and both times it's been great! This was our stop for the night on our drive from Phoenix to Chicago. The hotel is quiet and safe while still being pretty close to the highway. Staff is always very friendly. The shower is hot with good water pressure. The bed isn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but definitely adequate. Theres also a ton of areas to charge electronics. We'll stay here again on our next drive-through.”

Dr. Chong jumped both feet first into my situation, and was ready to help me no matter what. From the beginning, he outlined what our foreseeable timeline together would look like, and never once wavered from this. I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. As a very busy doctor, you can tell he has individual concern for each of his patients and wants the best for you, on a personal level- Not just the easy way out. Which is sometimes hard to find in urologists. His staff is unbelievably patient and kind as well. I have never had an issue with the front desk staff, and have watched them numerous times deal with difficult patients or issues with grace and confidence. His nursing staff has calmed me down, made me feel at ease, and as though I’m among friends on more than one occasion. I have never felt out of place, as young as I may be, at this office and recommend him HIGHLY. You’re health is in safe hands if you come to this office!”
